You do not need your ATM or Debit card to speak with a Live Teller at the ITM!
For ATM functionality, an ATM or Debit card is required.
As technology continues to expand, ITMs offer an opportunity, and the flexibility, for us to assist more members at a faster pace throughout New Hampshire.
GSCU Live Tellers are working remotely assisting through this new channel. You will be able to put a face to the Contact Center staff who answer member calls each day.
The ATM function is available 24/7.
Live Tellers are available during regular business hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM-5 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM-12 PM
Simply touch the screen if you’d like to speak with a Live Teller or insert your ATM/Debit card for an ATM transaction.
While Shared Branching is not currently offered via ITM, all branches (with the exception of Rochester) offer Shared Branching services inside. In addition, you may locate additional Shared Branching locations here.
There are no deposit limits. To prevent potential machine jams we will ask that you insert your bills in smaller batches to complete your deposit.
No, please see an in-branch representative to deposit or withdraw coin.
No, but an in-branch representative can assist.
Cash deposited via Live Teller is available immediately. Checks deposited will follow our regular Funds Availability Policy. Check deposits made via the ATM will not be immediately available.
The ITMs have the ability to dispense 1’s, 5’s, 20’s and 50’s.
You may choose to use the chat feature to talk with the Live Teller using the touch screen keyboard. For added privacy, the lobby machines have built-in handsets you may use to speak with the Live Teller.
If an unexpired photo ID is on file we may proceed without you needing to provide it. However, due to security protocols, we reserve the right to request your ID at any point during the transaction.
The Live Tellers are able to locate your account using your member number or other identifiable information.
