Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) provide access to a Live Teller during business hours as well as 24/7 ATM service. This allows members to complete a variety of transactions and interact with a GSCU Live Teller through video. You can do almost anything you’d typically do inside the branch, or at the drive-up, with an ITM:
Order Checks
Cash Checks into a GSCU account (coin from a check will need to be deposited to a GSCU account)
Deposits
Cash Withdrawals (in denominations of $50, $20, $5, $1)
Loan Payments
Transfers
Discuss account questions or issues with a Live Teller
Simply touch the screen if you’d like to speak with a Live Teller or insert your ATM/Debit card for an ATM transaction.
As technology continues to expand, ITMs offer an opportunity, and the flexibility, for us to assist more members at a faster pace throughout New Hampshire.
GSCU Live Tellers are working remotely assisting through this new channel. You will be able to put a face to the Contact Center staff who answer member calls each day.
The ATM function is available 24/7.
