Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) provide access to a Live Teller during business hours as well as 24/7 ATM service. This allows members to complete a variety of transactions and interact with a GSCU Live Teller through video. You can do almost anything you’d typically do inside the branch, or at the drive-up, with an ITM:
Cash Checks into a GSCU account (coin from a check will need to be deposited to a GSCU account)
Cash Withdrawals (in denominations of $50, $20, $5, $1)
Discuss account questions or issues with a Live Teller

Simply touch the screen icon to speak with a Live Teller.
Live Tellers are available during normal business hours. After hours, it functions as a traditional ATM, available 24/7.
A Teller or Contact Center Specialist is working remotely assisting through this new channel. You will be able to put a face to the Contact Center staff who answer member calls each day.
It can be used as an ATM 24/7! If you don’t need Live Teller assistance, simply insert your card to conduct an ATM transaction.
