I want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we experience extraordinarily high demand for teller and call center services. We are aware wait times are longer than are typical of GSCU and continue to do our best to respond to your needs as quickly as we possibly can. Please read our message, designed to provide you with more detailed information and some tips on accessing your accounts as quickly and conveniently as possible.


This year has presented many challenges and GSCU has worked diligently in navigating these obstacles in order to continue to serve our members’ needs. Our focus remains on keeping our members and employees safe and healthy. With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases throughout New Hampshire, we have made the decision to close our lobbies and return to drive-up only service, with branch appointments as needed, beginning Monday, November 16th. This will allow us to continue to staff our drive-up's, and ensure we are able to remain open throughout the holidays by limiting branch traffic in an effort to keep our members and staff safe during this time.  
At the onset of the pandemic, we saw a record number of members enroll in Mobile and OnLine Banking options. This increase in adoption of electronic banking channels, allowed full 24/7 account access, including the ability to deposit checks, transfer funds, check balances, pay bills and more – all while skipping the lines at our branch drive-ups. We also continue to offer 24/7 support via our Contact Center at 800.645.4728 and through Live Chat on our website. You may also call our Contact Center to schedule an in-branch appointment.

Special Note:
Our Nashua branch will also not reopen right away. Again this is small location without the space for physical distancing. We are pleased to announce that we have been busy securing a new location to serve our Nashua area members at 190 Broad Street next to the Nashua Mall. This branch will have drive-up service and ATM, ample parking and space to welcome our Nashua and commuting members as well. Watch for news about an opening date in Summer 2021 on our web site. In the meantime, we encourage our Nashua area members to continue to use our Amherst branch or locate a shared branch location convenient to you and rest assured, we will be working hard to get this new location open to you as soon as possible.
