Expected Duties

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, member loan payments, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve member account questions/problems
  • Cross sell GSCU’s products and services
  • Assist the team in reaching branch goals
  • Conduct sales calls
  • Process basic member service transactions

Application for Teller Position

Network Support Technician - Manchester (full-time)

The work you will participate in:

o Assist in network administration (including backups, user account management, email system, Internet access VOIP phone system and application support).
o Monitor and maintain various servers both physical and virtual.
o Image and deploy new computers.
o Develop and document systemic solutions to common problems.

o Contribute to the configuration and support of security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus, patch management systems, etc.
o Assist in implementing network security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards.
o Participate in educating staff and members on security threats and mitigation.

o Resolve a huge variety software and hardware related issues.
o Field internal help desk requests and provide phone and in person support to staff.
o Assist with a variety of projects as needed.
o Work flexible hours as needed and participate in on-call rotations.

o Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and preparedness.
o Collaborate with others to utilize current technology to improve business processes to support new business endeavors.

The Skills We Want:

  • A dynamic understanding of networking principles and practices, Microsoft Operating systems, and Active Directory Administration.
  • Experience with or desire to learn server virtualization and SAN storage.
  • Pride in producing quality work, demonstrable attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills; must be adaptable to constant change.
  • An associate degree in a technology field or 3 years of related experience. Experience in financial institution a plus.

Consumer Lending Specialist - Manchester (full-time)

Expected Job Duties

  • Process loan applications received via fax, phone, CUDL, and LSI
  • Answer phones in a timely manner to provide assistance to members calling in regarding consumer loan requests.
  • Review loans for decision
  • Inbound and outbound cross selling of GSCU products and services
  • Assist Consumer Lending in meeting its goals by participating in sales promotions and competitions
  • Work closely with the indirect lending program to process and fund loans through CUDL
  • Prepare loan documents and schedule loan closings
  • Provide support, assistance, and training to the branches and Contact Center

Accounting Specialist - Manchester (full-time)

Expected Job Duties

  • All aspects of Accounts Payable including:
    • Scan and index invoices
    • Cut and mail checks
    • Conduct research as needed
    • Follow up with vendors on required forms
    • Maintain vendor records (such as names and addresses within AP system)
    • Year-end tax reporting
  • Reconciliation of the corporate VISA account
  • Reconciliation of the share, loan and vault cash general ledger accounts
  • Assist with completing department shared duties including:
    • Incoming and Outgoing wire transfers
    • Expense Reports
    • Statement and check copy requests
  • Back up to Sharedraft process
  • Cross train on other department processes and projects as assigned
