Teller - Amherst (part-time); Derry (full-time); Nashua (full-time)

Expected Duties

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, member loan payments, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve member account questions/problems
  • Cross sell GSCU’s products and services
  • Assist the team in reaching branch goals
  • Conduct sales calls
  • Process basic member service transactions

Skill Requirements

  • Sales oriented
  • Prior cash handling and customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude
  • Dependable
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and overall efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as Word & Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced team environment
