  • Our Lobby Hours are Changing – but not our Commitment to our Members!

    Granite State Credit Union continues to experience the same staffing challenges as most businesses around the state. Despite our enhanced recruiting efforts and conducting surveys to ensure we offer competitive wages and benefits, one of our top challenges continues to be recruiting enough staff to support our current branch lobby hours. Following extensive analysis of branch transactions, we have made the decision to adjust our branch lobby hours as follows:

    2022 was a year that brought many challenges: a continuing pandemic, a rapidly rising rate environment and staffing shortages resulting from a tight labor
    market. GSCU met these challenges head on, taking strategic actions to continue full service operations throughout our branch network and pivot services to meet members needs in this changing environment.

    I love Fall. I have to be stopped from decorating for Halloween at the end of August. I really enjoy the crisp mornings, pumpkins, autumn décor, and coziness of the season. The changing of seasons isn’t the only reason I love this time of year. It’s also my favorite time at the credit union.
