Refer your friends and family and get cash!
Like you, your friends and family might be looking for a financial institution that stays true to its values and cares about their local community. So we encourage you to refer them to GSCU – and you’ll both win.
Simply refer a New Hampshire resident or business owner to Granite State Credit Union, and you both will get:
- $25 with a new Personal Savings and Checking Account with ATM/Visa® Check Card and 10 debit card transactions within the first 30 days.
- $50 with a new Business Savings and Checking Account with ATM/Visa® Check Card and 10 debit card transactions within the first 30 days.
Refer as many people as you like. There is no limit to the number of referrals for which an existing member may qualify. It’s easy!
- Complete the form.
Print out this Member Referral Form, complete the “Current Member” portion of the form, and give it to a friend, family member, neighbor, or co-worker - anyone who is not currently a GSCU member. The person being referred should make their selection on the “New Member” portion of the form. - Return the form.
Person being referred returns the completed form to GSCU when they open their new account. - Get the cash!
We’ll deposit $25 for referrals resulting in a new personal account and/or $50 for referrals resulting in a new business account; in both the referring member’s account as well as the new member’s account.*

*Granite State Credit Union reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time without notice. To receive any of the rewards described, the person being referred must not be an existing member of the credit union in any capacity and must not have been a member who closed an account within the last 6 months. All new accounts are subject to our normal approval process. A referring member may receive multiple incentives for referring multiple new members who meet the criteria for membership and the offer. A new member may only receive one of each type of reward for being referred, but may receive additional incentives by referring other new members who meet the criteria for membership and the offer. All criteria must be met within 30 days of account activation to qualify. Once it is determined that the new member qualifies for the reward by meeting the criteria set forth, the referrer and new member will be paid the appropriate incentive with a deposit to his/her existing GSCU savings account within 30 days. Early termination fee of $75 assessed to new member if checking account is closed within 6 months. Member responsible for paying all taxes associated with the reward. GSCU employees are not eligible.
Personal Products: Basic Savings or Advantage Savings required for membership. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is subject to change, accurate as of 2/1/13 and determined by product and balance. Basic Savings APY is .05% on balances greater than $10. Advantage Savings APY is .05% on balances between $500 and $2,499, .10% APY on balances between $2,500 and $9,999, .15% APY on balances between $10,000 and $24,999, .20% APY on balances between $25,000 and $49,999, .30% APY on balances between $50,000 and $99,999, and .35% APY on balances of $100,000 and greater. Advantage Checking APY is .05% on balances between $1,000 and $9,999, .05% on balances between $10,000 and $24,999, and .10% on balances of $25,000 and greater.
