Business documentation is necessary.If State Registration is not available, two of the following are required: Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreement, Certificate of Organization/ Formation (LLC), Business License, Certificate of Registered Trade Name, Trust Instrument, IRS Non-Profit Status Certification, School Organization (status on school letterhead), Last Three Bank Statements of Business or Entity. If MSB, all of the following are required: NH License Verification, US Treasury Registration, AML/BSA Policy, Agent Agreement (only if an agent for another MSB).
